"The Sky is not Blue"

This phrase is code between Tim and I for, "Morgan is in a 'mood' and will disagree with anything you say, even if you talk about the color of the sky."

Our family has been reading our Chronological Bibles together every evening, and tonight Morgan was in a 'mood.' She didn't like how the Bible was written (although she did agree that if mistakes were made they were made by the men who put the Bible together, not by God!) and argued with me about, well . . . everything I said!

In the midst of the "discussion" Tim looked at me and mouthed "the sky is not blue today!" and we shared a private smile. Some days it feels like it's US (Tim and I) against THEM (the teenagers/aliens inhabiting our home)!
